Industry overview
Why construction ships with box truck
Construction logistics is unforgiving: jobsites have tight schedules, drivers need to know where to drop, and the wrong delivery time can shut down a crew. Our box trucks are well-suited for jobsite material drops, tool transport, and supply delivery to construction sites that don’t justify a flatbed or full truckload.
Common loads we handle
- ▸Material drops (lumber under 26 ft, drywall, finishes)
- ▸Cabinetry and millwork delivery
- ▸Tool and equipment transport between sites
- ▸Site-trailer setup deliveries
- ▸Restoration and remediation material delivery
- ▸Trade-package deliveries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical components)
Why box truck fits
- ◆Lift-gate makes ground-level unloading possible at sites without a dock
- ◆Smaller footprint than a tractor-trailer — fits tight site access
- ◆Enclosed transit keeps finish material dry and clean
- ◆Driver can run multiple sites in a day on a route
- ◆Photo POD makes it easy to confirm delivery to the right site

Common questions
Construction FAQs
Can you deliver to active construction sites?
Yes — site delivery is one of our common use cases. We coordinate with the site lead in advance, confirm access and unload location, and photograph the drop on arrival.
Do you handle long-length material like 24-ft lumber?
Box trucks have a 26-ft cargo box, so lumber and trim up to ~25 ft fits. Anything longer than 26 ft needs a flatbed — we’ll tell you straight when you ask.
What about hazmat or fuel?
We do not carry hazmat or bulk fuel. Standard non-hazmat construction materials (drywall, framing, finishes, fixtures, tools) are the sweet spot.
