We do not currently carry biohazard, infectious specimens, or DEA-controlled substances. We’re a strong fit for non-controlled medical supply, equipment, and DME freight.
Can you provide chain-of-custody documentation?
Yes — every shipment includes timestamp, GPS, photo POD, and signature where applicable. For shipments needing additional custody documentation (single-driver attestation, no-stop confirmation), tell us when you book.
What about temperature-sensitive medical freight?
Our trucks are not refrigerated, so frozen or cold-chain-required freight is out of scope. Ambient (room-temp) medical supply and equipment is the sweet spot.
