These Terms of Service govern your use of the Empowerment Partners LLC website and the services described on it. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Carrier services

Empowerment Partners LLC is a federal motor carrier under USDOT 4465496 and MC 1761647. Carrier services are subject to a separate carrier agreement, bill of lading, and our cargo insurance policy. Quotes are valid for the time period specified on the quote.

Information accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep service information, rates, and lane information current. Specific quotes are governed by the written quote we send you, not general information on this website.

Liability

Our liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by federal regulations and our carrier insurance policy. Specific liability limits and terms are contained in the bill of lading and carrier agreement provided at booking.

Out-of-scope freight

We do not transport hazmat, refrigerated freight, live animals, or controlled substances. If you book us for freight that is later determined to be out-of-scope, the booking may be canceled at any point.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal regulations governing interstate motor carriers.
