Appliance Delivery FAQs

Can you connect a washer / dryer / fridge?

Yes — basic hookup is available: water lines for washers and fridges, dryer venting, and standard plug connections. Anything requiring a licensed plumber, electrician, or gas fitter is out of scope.

Can you take the old appliance away?

Yes — old-unit haul-away is a per-item add-on. The old appliance goes to a recycling/scrap partner per local regulations.

Do you handle stair carries and basement deliveries?

Yes — for two-person team deliveries we handle standard stairs, narrow doorways, and basement placements. Spiral or unusually narrow staircases may require an on-site survey first.

What if the appliance doesn’t fit?

We measure twice and check first. If a unit physically can’t fit through the doorway, we reload it onto the truck, return it to the retailer, and avoid charging install fees on a delivery that didn’t happen.
